DYNEX POWER SEMICONDUCTORS company was founded in 1957 and has over 53 years of experience in manufacturing and operating in the industry of high power semiconductor modules and power assemblies. It is a subsidiary company of Zhuzhou CRRC Times Electric Corporation Ltd, but the Power Semiconductor and Power Assemblies operation is located in Lincoln, England. They mainly design, develop and produce devices and materials for the power supply industrial department, and they specialize in semiconductors, IGBT modules and high voltage discrete components, commonly used in power electronics field. In their offer, and our company’s assortment, there are products like thyristors and transistor modules. Thanks to the long time experience, Dynex products are today regularly exploited in areas like: transportation, power grid, renewables, industrial, equipment and specialist applications for customers in Europe, US and the rapidly growing Far Eastern markets. They deliver their devices to over 60 different countries around the world, and extensively operate on the Chinese marker. Their mission is to make Dynex the European base for Zhuzhou CRRC Times Semiconductor Co., Ltd.
